Budget and Finance
The major ongoing responsibilities and functions of the Finance Division are as follows:
- Debt Analysis and Administration
- Multi-Year Financial Forecasting
- General Purpose Revenue Analysis and Forecasting
- Trial Court Administration Funding
- Capital Projects Planning and Administration
- Development of the annual Five-Year Capital Projects Plan
- Coordinate Extraordinary Maintenance Planning with the General Services Agency
The major ongoing responsibilities and functions of the Budget Division are as follows:
- Supervise and direct the preparation of the annual budget
- Conduct special analysis of program operations, particularly long-range issues and impacts
- Review all materials prepared by County agencies and departments for agenda presentation to the Board of Supervisors
- Provide interdepartmental and program area coordination and liaison leadership on major policy/program issues and projects
